What is a behavioral

contract? A behavioral contract is a specified set of behaviors and a reward for following those behaviors.

Problem: Jake needs reminders to:

  1. get dressed

2. do his homework

3. complete his chores

4. read before bed.

Solution: Create a behavioral

contract that lists everything Jake is

responsible for. If Jake completes all

of the items on the behavioral

contract without prompting he

receives the reward.
